Welcome to Hail International Conference of lifestyle medicine 2025 for a period of 5 days of continuous medical education including 2 days workshops starting on Sunday 30/11/2025 with 30 hours of professional education covering all medical specialties. Registration conditions :

1. Register your data in the correct form and make sure that your e-mail is effective and the mobile number and the number of the health specialties authority is correct .

2. The registration data will be reviewed by the registration committee and then your account will be activated on the site .

3. After activating your account, we hope to log in to your control panel by clicking on the member login icon to print the card with your QR Code on it .

4. All scientific program days of the conference must be attended to get 30 hours of professional education .

5. Registration is opened until we reach the targeted number .
